  • What are the shipping rates and delivery time?
    Malaysia Sarawak Malaysia: RM6 (Estimated 1-3 working days) excluded Sibu, Sarawak (Hand-delivery ONLY) West Malaysia: RM9 (Estimated 2-5 working days) Sabah Malaysia: RM9 (Estimated 2-5 working days) Singapore RM36 (Estimated 5-8 working days) Brunei RM60 (Estimated 2-5 working days) We ship all the Brunei orders by land and offer local hand-delivery. Kindly send a DM through Instagram to @lovemberlab for delivery area. Hongkong RM150 (Estimated 14-30 working days) Notes: FREE MALAYSIA SHIPPING for orders above RM150. FREE SINGAPORE SHIPPING for orders above RM350. We ship all orders via GD EXPRESS (Gdex) courier service. Please note that the minimum purchase is only applicable after discounts or vouchers that have been applied. Besides, above timeline does not include weekends, holidays and unforeseeable delays on the courier's end.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    Currently we only ship within MALAYSIA, BRUNEI, SINGAPORE and HONGKONG. We will open more countries in the near future. Stay Tuned!
  • Are all your items ready in stock?
    Yes, all of our items are ready in stock exclude Sold Out/Preorder items.
  • How can I place an order?
    Just select the item(s) you want, add to cart and proceed to checkout where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications. You can create an account under our site to make a faster checkout and receive updates/promotions in the future or you can just continue checkout as guest. For customers who make the payment through Manual Payment (Bank transfer/TNG), don't forget to complete your order first before you make the payment.
  • When will my order ship?
    We ship items as soon as possible as we received your payment and order become available. We ship every day except Saturday and Sunday.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been picked up by courier, you will receive an email from us that includes a tracking number. Just click the button TRACK SHIPMENT in the email to track directly!
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, orders that have been placed and paid in full cannot be cancel.
  • What are the materials of the jewelry?
    Our jewelry are made with 14k - 18k gold plated Sterling Silver 925, Stainless Steel, Titanium Steel and Brass which are skin friendly and hypoallergenic for everyday wear.
  • Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
    We recommend those with sensitive ears to choose our Sterling Silver 925, Titanium Steel, Stainless Steel and Brass jewelry. These are the materials that without nickel, lead, or other metals that can cause an allergic reaction.
  • Can my jewelry get wet?
    Yes, you can but please avoid water treated with chemicals such as soap and shampoo. Also, we recommend taking your pieces off before showering, swimming or exercising to maintain its luster.
  • How long does the jewelry last?
    However, if you take a proper care by avoid harsh chemicals and store them in a cool, dry space, then they will last for years without fading.
  • How can I take good care of my jewelry?
    Avoid contact with chemical materials like perfume, lotion or hairspray. Take off your jewelry before swimming, bathing or other physical activities. Wipe your jewelry with the polishing cloth and store them in a PVC bag or pouch which we provided when not wearing them. Store your jewelry separately and keep away from the abrasive surfaces.
